I have not received my order, what should I do?

Reed Graduation Services are dedicated to providing only the absolute highest level of quality. Your printed images will be thoughtfully re-touched, carefully packaged and delivered to your door or post office approximately 3 weeks after ordering.  Digital images are available online instantly after you place your order from "My Account".
Framed images can take up to 4 weeks due to the nature of creating custom frames.
 
If you have not received your order within the applicable time frame, it is best to contact our customer service team on hello@reedgraduations.com.au or 1300 361 806.
 
Please note, our turnaround time for prints can extend up to 8 weeks over the December/January holiday period.
