The website says my student ID or date of birth is incorrect

When entering your student ID, please ensure to only use numbers. Your date of birth needs to be entered using the format DD/MM/YYYY. 
If it is still not working there is likely a discrepancy in the data sent provided to us by the university. Please call our office on 1300 361 806 or email
